Rana Daggubati and director Gunasekhar team up for Hiranyakashyapa

Director Gunasekhar, who is known for churning out big-budget extravaganzas like Okkadu, Arjun and Rudhramadevi, has announced a mythological film titled Hiranyakashyapa. Starring Rana Daggubati, the film is rumoured to be mounted on a humongous budget of Rs 150 crore in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi.

The film, which is in pre-production for the past three years is expected to have some heavy-duty visual effects.

An official announcement regarding the cast and crew of the film is expected soon.

Rana, meanwhile, also working for director Prabhu Solomon's multilingual project called Aranya
