Director Balaji Mohan will now co-produce a feature film under his banner, Open Window. The Vaayai Moodi Pesavum-director made the announcement through his Twitter handle.

“Open Window started with my short films and then produced the web series As I'm Suffering From Kadhal. We aim to support new talent, good content, healthy entertainment and crazy cinema experiments of my own and of others — films, web series, and much more. We start small, but dream big!” he wrote.

While we hear that the upcoming untitled project will be helmed by a debutant, the rest of the cast and crew is yet to be unveiled.

Balaji’s last directorial was Maari 2, a sequel to his 2015 gangster film of the same name. The film starred Dhanush, Sai Pallavi, Tovino Thomas, Robo Shankar, Kalloori Vinoth, and Krishna, among others.
