Jai's upcoming romantic entertainer, Capmari, to be directed by SA Chandrasekar was launched recently. The film, which SAC has announced to be his last directorial, features two heroines - Athulya Ravi and Vaibhavi Shandilya.

Now, we hear that Jai and Athulya will be sharing screen space in another upcoming film, to be directed by debutant director Vetriselvan SK, who had earlier assisted director Vasanth. The film, featuring Jai as an IT professional and Athulya as his romantic interest will reportedly be an action-packed revenge drama.

The film will also star actor Vaibhav's brother Sunil, who was recently seen in Seethakaathi, will have its music scored by Sam CS.

Jai, meanwhile, is busy shooting for his superhero film, Breaking News, and Gopi Nainar’s upcoming project. The Raja Rani-actor, who recently made his Malayalam debut with Mammootty’s Madhura Raja, also has Venkat Prabhu’s Party in the pipeline.
