Keanu Reeves' Bill & Ted Face the Music goes on floors

Keanu Reeves-Alex Winter starrer Bill & Ted Face the Music went on floors yesterday. The news was confirmed by the co-writer of the franchise Ed Solomon.  The third part of the sci-fi series is directed by Dean Parisot and original creators Chris Matheson and Solomon have penned its script.

Solomon took to Twitter to share the news. He wrote,  "Monday. Crew call: 7:30. First shot: 9:00." Following that he shared a photo on Sunday, with a funny caption, "Photo From Last Night's Cast Dinner that Reveals Nothing (So I Don't Get Into Trouble)."

William Sadler, who played the Grim Reaper in the second instalment, Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey (1991), is also coming back for the new film. Apart from him, the film has actors Brigette Lundy-Paine and Samara Weaving, who will be portraying daughters of Reeves' Theodore 'Ted' Logan and Winter's William 'Bill' S Preston Esq.

Bill & Ted Face the Music will hit the screens on August 21, 2020.
