Producer Raj Kandukuri's son, Shiva is all set to debut as an actor in Tollywood. The newcomer has recently signed a film which also marks the directorial debut of cinematographer Sesha Sindhu Rao.

Billed as a rom com, the untitled film features 96-fame Varsha Bollamma as the female lead. A source close to the production unit says, "It's a wholesome entertainer that will strike a chord with the youth and family audience. The first schedule has commenced on Monday."

Bankrolled by Suresh Babu Daggubati and Madhura Sreedhar Reddy, the film has Veda Rama of Mental Madhilo fame as the cinematographer.
