Veteran actor Manoj Joshi will be essaying the role of BJP President Amit Shah in the upcoming Narendra Modi biopic. Titled PM Narendra Modi, the film stars Vivek Oberoi in the titular role. Produced by Sandip Ssingh and directed by Omung Kumar, the film went on floors in Gujarat last month. 

Sharing his thoughts on joining the cast, Manoj Joshi says, "I think this a great opportunity for me as an actor. When Sandip Ssingh called me for the role, I immediately said yes. This is one of the most important roles in the film and I will give my best to it."

Producer Sandip adds, "Nobody can do this role better than Manoj Joshi. He is one of the most talented and hardworking actors. It is a great experience working with him."

The supporting cast of PM Narendra Modi also includes Boman Irani, Suresh Oberoi, Zarina Wahab, Darshan Kumar, and Barkha Bisht. The film charts the journey of Narendra Modi from his early years to his historic win in the 2014 general elections.
