Late Chief Minister Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR)'s wife and politician, Lakshmi Parvathi is content with the output of the upcoming biopic, Lakshmi's NTR and is confident about the film doing well at the box office.

Directed by Ram Gopal Varma, the film featuring a theatre actor from West Godavari and Kannada actor Yagna Shetty in title roles depicts the series of incidents in NTR's life from the perspective of his wife, Lakshmi Parvathi.

Speaking to CE, Lakshmi Parvathi says, "I have been to Mumbai recently to watch the rushes of Lakshmi's NTR and am delighted with the output. I'm sure the audience will enjoy watching how the real story unfolds. The film will definitely do well."

The re-recording of the film is in its last leg and RGV had earlier stated that the trailer of Lakshmi's NTR will be released exactly 24 minutes after the announcement of the release date of Mahanayakudu. Both the films are expected to be released on the same date.
