Vijay Sethupathi, who has films like Idam Porul Yaeval, Super Deluxe, Kadaisi Vivasayi, Sindhubaadh, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, Maamanithan, Laabam, Thuglak Durbar, and an untitled film by Venkata Krishna Roganth in different stages of production, seems to be on an unending signing spree. The actor has reportedly signed a drama film with a 'sports element'.
The film, which will have Vijay Sethupathi playing a volleyball player, is to be directed by debutant Prabhu, an erstwhile associate of Sethupathi-director Su Arunkumar. Incidentally, the latter recently completed the shooting of his film, Sindhubaadh, featuring the Seethakaathi-actor.
Produced by Lyca productions, the untitled film is expected to go on floors in the summer. An official announcement is expected soon.
