Nivin Pauly's next, Love Action Drama, is scheduled for an Onam (early September) release, as per reports. The film marks actor Dhyan Sreenivasan's directorial debut and also stars Nayanthara and Aju Varghese in the lead.

Aju is also producing the film, which is said to be a modern-day upgrade (not a remake) of the hit Sreenivasan film, Vadakkunokki Yantram. Another highlight of the film is that Nivin and Aju are reuniting with their co-stars from Malarvadi Arts Club -- Deepak Parambol, Bhagath Manuel, Nandan Unni, and Harikrishnan.

Incidentally, Malarvadi Arts Club, which was released nine years ago, marked the directorial debut of Dhyan's elder brother, Vineeth Sreenivasan, as well as Nivin's acting debut. Dhyan's own acting career was launched in Vineeth's third directorial, Thira.
