Ken Karunas to play a crucial role in Asuran 

The film is based on Poomani’s novel, Vekkai, and is produced by S Thanu, under his banner V Creations

We had earlier reported that Dhanush is currently working on his fourth collaboration with Vetri Maaran, Asuran. The latest news about this project is that Ken Karunas, actor Karunas’ son, has been roped in for a key role in the film. Reports also suggest that he has already begun shooting for his portions. In addition to this, it is said that director Balaji Shakthivel, known for films such as Kadhal and Vazhakku Enn 18/9, will be making his acting debut in Asuran.

The film is based on Poomani’s novel, Vekkai, and is produced by S Thanu, under his banner V Creations. Asuran will be filmed by cinematographer Velraj and will have music by GV Prakash Kumar. It marks the return of the Vetri Maaran-GV Prakash Kumar combo, after Polladhavan, Aadukalam and Visaranai
