After a long struggle, Gautham Menon finally released Enai Nokki Paayum Thota, which opened to mixed reviews from critics and audiences. Even as he is busy wrapping up his upcoming film Joshua Imai Pol Kaakha, the Minnale director has roped in Anushka Shetty for a new project.  

In a recent interview, GVM revealed that he has already written the script for the project and the film will go on floors once Anushka wraps up her existing commitments. A source close to the unit says that the film will be female-centric involving a lot of stunts, which will be performed by Anushka herself.

Vels Film International, which distributed Enai Noki Paayum Thota, and is producing Joshua Imai Pol Kaakha, is producing this Anushka-starrer.

Gautham and Anushka have previously worked together on the Ajith-starrer Yennai Arindhaal.

Anushka is currently working on the Tamil-Telugu bilingual Nishabdham. Meanwhile, Gautham's Dhruva Natchathiram, starring Vikram, is currently in post-production and is expected to be released next year.
