Aadi Saikumar will next be seen essaying the role of a forensic doctor in a crime-thriller that marks the debut of Siva Shankar Dev as director. A concept poster of the film was released by the makers coinciding with the Prema Kavali actor's birthday today.

Produced by Marudhuri Vinod and Chaganti Santayya, the film will go on floors in January. "It's a novel story that comes with interesting twists and turns. Aadi will be seen in a versatile yet challenging role in the film. The pre-production is underway and the principal shoot will commence early next year," read a statement from the makers.

The female lead and other cast and crew will be finalised soon.

Besides this film, Aadi will also be seen in the romantic family-thriller, Sashi.
