It was announced earlier today that Keerthy Suresh has joined the cast of Rajinikanth's next with director Siva. Following that the production house, Sun Pictures has revealed that Prakash Raj will be playing an important role in the film. 

Prakash Raj had previously made a cameo in Rajinikanth's 1999 film Padayappa

It may be noted that the two actors to join the film today are both National Award winners.

It has been speculated that Rajinikanth's former co-actors Meena or Khushbu might be part of the project. The film has music by D Imman, and it marks the first collaboration of the composer with the superstar.
