Actor Balakrishna has reunited with his Jai Simha director KS Ravikumar for an action entertainer tentatively titled Ruler.

Starring Sonal Chauhan and Vedhika, the film shows the Simha actor donning two distinct looks as he was seen sporting a Van Dyke beard in the first look poster released by the makers. It sure looks like the 58-year-old actor has cracked the new look as the poster has elicited some curiosity among the movie buffs.

The buzz is that Balayya plays a mafia don and a cop in this film also featuring Prakash Raj, Bhumika Chawla and Jayasudha in supporting roles. Currently, the shooting is progressing in Bangkok wherein the team is filming a high-voltage action sequence.
