Kavya Thapar joins Vijay Antony’s next

Directed by Ananda Krishnan of Metro fame, the untitled film will have music by Nivas K Prasanna

Kavya Thapar, who is making her debut with Saran’s Market Raja MBBS, has been roped in to play the female lead in Vijay Antony’s upcoming film with Metro-director Ananda Krishnan. Produced by TD Raja, the untitled film will have music by Nivas K Prasanna and cinematography by NS Udhayakumar.

This film will be Vijay Antony’s second political thriller after Yeman. It is expected to go floors next month.

Meanwhile, Vijay Antony has Moodar Koodam-director Naveen's Agni Siragugal, which also stars Arun Vijay, in the pipeline. He will also be seen in Babu Yogeshwaran's Tamizharasan, which has music by Ilaiyaraaja.

Kavya Thapar made her debut with the Telugu film, Ee Maya Peremito.
