Catherine Tresa joins the cast of STR's Attarintiki Daredi remake

The yet-to-be-titled film's first schedule in Georgia is said to have been wrapped

Catherine Tresa has joined the cast of the Sundar C-Simbu remake of the 2013 Telugu blockbuster, Attarintiki Daredi. With STR reprising the role of Pawan Kalyan from the original, it is reported that the Madras actor will be playing the role of Pranitha Subhash. 

Catherine will be working with Sundar for the second time after Kalakalappu 2. The actor will not only share screen space with Simbu, but also with Megha Akash who's been signed to play the role essayed by Samantha in the Telugu version.

With the yet-to-be-titled film's first schedule in Georgia said to have been wrapped up, Simbu's look from the film went viral on social media. Reports suggest that Catherine will be joining the team for the second schedule in Hyderabad. 

Apart from this project, the actor has three more films in the pipeline, including Neeya 2, a Tamil film with Siddharth in the lead, and a Telugu film opposite Ravi Teja.
