The latest actor to join the Devi 2 team that has Prabhudheva and Tamannah in the lead, is Nandita Swetha. The actor, who was last seen in Sasikumar’s Asuravadham, confirmed her presence in the film with a reply to Tamannah’s tweet. The latter, who is currently shooting for the film, tweeted a video of herself with Prabhudheva and Kovai Sarala from the sets. Nandita replied saying, “Oh my god, you guys are having so much fun. Can’t wait to join the team.”

Devi 2 is the sequel to the 2016 horror-comedy of the same name. The film is being helmed by Vijay, who also directed the original. The crew is currently shooting in Mauritius. 

Nandita also has another supernatural comedy Taana, with Vaibhav, in the pipeline.
