Shooting begins for Mammootty's Unda

Filming of Anurag Karikkin Vellam-director Khalid Rahman's next film, Unda, has begun at Kasaragod. Krishnan Sethukumarr is producing the much anticipated project under the banner of Moviee Mill in association with Gemini Studios.

Unda is touted to be an action-comedy starring Mammootty in the role of a police officer. The producer had told us earlier that Mammootty 'hasn't done something like this before'.

Shine Tom Chacko, Jacob Gregory, Sudhi Koppa, Arjun Ashokan, Dileesh Pothan, and Alencier Ley Lopez comprise the supporting cast. Gavemic U Ary (Jigarthanda) is handling the camera, while Sham Kaushal (Dangal) is the stunt co-ordinator and Prashanth Pillai is composing the music.

Apart from Kasaragod, Chattisgarh and Mangalore are the planned filming locations.
