Darshan-Tharun Sudhir's project to be titled Robert?

The first look of the film, referred to as D53, is likely to be unveiled on November 6 for Deepavali

A Sharadhaa

Like any other festive season, movie buffs look forward to any sort of release – be it films, posters or even teasers. There’s reason to cheer now with the first look of Darshan’s D53 (as the film is commonly known) likely to be unveiled on November 6 for Deepavali. Word has it that the Tharun Sudhir-directorial, produced by Umapathy, may be titled Robert, but the production house will make an official announcement only in December.

Incidentally, in Tharun’s first, a multi-starrer titled Chowka, Darshan made a cameo appearance. The actor’s role as Robert, which was a surprise, turned out to be a hit. Now, we hear that Tharun is contemplating using the same name as the title.

Besides D53, Darshan has a line-up of films that includes Kurukshetra, Yajamana and Odeya. For Tharun’s film, the actor will start shooting early next year. He is also planning to start the shooting soon for the historical project, Gandugali Madakari Nayaka, made under RocklineVenkatesh's banner. Tharun, meanwhile, is currently busy with the pre-production work of D53.
