Filmmaker Suseenthiran who is gearing up for the release of his Genius next week, has announced that he has completed shooting for his upcoming sports film, Champion. 

The crew has begun dubbing for the film and the post-production work is going on in full swing, with the makers aiming a December release. Champion, starring Roshan and dubsmash-fame Mrinalini in the lead, is based on the life of a footballer. The film also starring Vishal's father GK Reddy, Naren, RK Suresh and Jayaprakash in important roles, has music by Arrol Corelli and cinematography by Sujith Sarang. 
Genius marks the third sports film of Suseenthiran after Vennila Kabadi Kulu and Jeeva.

Apart from this film, Suseenthiran has also completed shooting for a film called Angelina, starring a bunch of newcomers.
