Chimbu Devan's next to feature an ensemble cast

The makers of the yet-to-be-titled film, which went on the floors recently, are expected to make an official announcement about the cast and crew of the film in a few weeks

We had already told you that director Chimbu Devan is making a film under Venkat Prabhu's production banner, Black Ticket Company. It has come to light that the film is a thriller which revolves around eight main characters. 

A source close to the film has stated that the film will be on the lines of  Sivaji Ganesan's 1954 film Andha Naal, with a plot that is narrated from the perspective of all the lead characters. As of now, it is confirmed that Bigg Boss-fame Vijayalakshmi will be playing one of the leads, with the rest of the cast said to be drawn primarily from Venkat Prabhu's Chennai 28 team.
