It is already known that Vijay Sethupathi is part of Chiranjeevi's upcoming magnum opus Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. Yesterday, while the first look of Amitabh Bachchan from the film was trending on social media, a picture of Vijay Sethupathi and Sudeep from the sets of the Surender Reddy directorial was released online, which also went viral.

It is reported that Vijay Sethupathi joined the sets of Sye Raa in Georgia after completing his portions in the Rajinikanth-Karthik Subbaraj project, Petta. He will be playing the role of Chiranjeevi's trusted lieutenant Obayya in the film that also stars Nayanthara, Tamannaah and Jagapathi Babu in integral roles. With music by Amit Trivedi, the 150 crore film is bankrolled by Ram Charan under Konidela Production Company. 

Basking on the twin successes of Chekka Chivantha Vaanam and 96, Vijay Sethupathi also has Thiagaraja Kumararaja's Super Deluxe and Balaji Tharaneetharan's Seethakaathi in the pipeline.
