Last seen in Mani Ratnam’s Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, Aishwarya Rajesh is all set to make her Telugu debut opposite Vijay Deverakonda in an urban love story. Directed by Kranthi Madhav, the film, which will be shot predominantly in Hyderabad and Europe, also features Raashi Khanna in the lead.

“Aishwarya is at the top of her game and has been displaying her versatility in her recent outings. Kranthi Madhav wants an actor whose onscreen persona can resonate with the youth and felt that she will be apt for the part. She will start shooting for her portions in January,” says a source. With two of the three female leads finalised, the makers are on the lookout for the third actor. “We have initiated talks with a famous actor for the other role and a clear picture will emerge by this weekend,” the source adds.

Produced by KS Rama Rao, the untitled film will be launched on Vijayadashami.
