We had previously reported that director Naveen of Moodar Koodam fame is working on a film with Vijay Antony. A source close to the film unit now adds that Arun Vijay, who was recently praised for his performance in Mani Ratnam's Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, is in talks with the makers for an important role in the film. This untitled film produced by T Siva of Amma Creations is the first time the composer-turned-actor is starring in a film that's not self-produced. Shalini Pandey is said to be playing the female lead in this film. 

While Naveen is busy with his post-production for his second film Alaudhinin Arputha Camera starring himself in the lead, Vijay Antony has Thimiru Pudichchavan and Kolaikaaran in the pipeline. Arun Vijay will next be seen in Thadam followed by the Prabhas-starrer Saaho.
