Vincent Selva, whose collaborations with Vijay in Priyamudan and Youth garnered both critical and commercial acclaim, has announced his next project, Vetaiyan. 

The film, which went on floors on Thursday, stars famous stunt choreographer Stun Siva in the lead, who is also in charge of the action sequences in this film. Starring Neha opposite Siva, Vetaiyan boasts of a bevy of stars including Charlie, Yogi Babu, Robo Shankar and Appukutty Subramani. 

While K Selvabharathi will be writing the dialogues for the film, Vincent, whose last directorial venture was Virumandikum Sivanaandikum (2016), has written the story. 

With music by Goli Soda 2-fame Achu Rajamani and V Venkatesh helming the camera, the film is bankrolled by Balu K under Nimo Productions.
