Susienthiran’s Kennedy Club goes to China

The film's Chinese rights have been picked up even before its Indian release

Taking the Bollywood route, Susienthiran’s upcoming film, Kennedy Club will be dubbed and released in China. According to a statement, the Chinese rights of the film have been bought for Rs 2 crore. The makers add that the sports theme was the film’s USP for the buyers. Other Tamil films that will soon get a release in China include Ram’s Peranbu and Vijay’s Mersal

Starring Bharathiraja and Sasikumar, Kennedy Club will revolve around the issues faced by a women’s kabbadi team. Apart from them, the cast also includes Samuthirakani, Soori, and Munishkanth. With music by D Imman and cinematography by RB Gurudev, the film is expected to hit Indian screens on April 24.
