'Costly, unique' sets for Natasarvabhouma’s intro song

A Sharadhaa

We all are aware of Puneeth Rajkumar’s impeccable dance moves. And now the makers of Natasarvabhouma are planning a treat for the audience with a special introduction song featuring the actor. The shoot for this song will go on for six days starting from November 12.

According to director Pavan Wadeyar, who has written the lyrics for the song composed by music director D Imman, this is going to be one of the 'costliest introduction songs to be made, and the first of its kind in Kannada industry'. With lyrics that go.. 'Natasarvabhouma, he is king of the cinema', the filmmaker promises that this will be a cracker with the stylish dance moves of Puneeth. Four 'special, costly and unique' sets are getting constructed for the track at different locations in Bengaluru. With dance master Bhushan choreographing the song, and costumes designed by Yogi, the director tells us they track will have a different style in terms of the steps too. The song will apparently only feature Puneeth along with a few dancers.

Makers eyeing December release

The commercial entertainer features Puneeth as a journalist, and also stars Anupama Parameswaran and Rachita Ram as the female leads. With the film well on track, the latest is that producer Rockline Venkatesh is looking to release the film in December. However, the exact date is yet to be decided.

While the team is expected to wrap up the pending song shoot by November 18, post-production work is going on in full swing. According to the directorial department, the first half of the film, including VFX work, is complete. The background score and rerecording is being done simultaneously. Work on the second half of the film will begin soon.

Puneeth’s last film was Anjani Putra, which was released in December last year.
