The shooting of Jiiva-starrer Gypsy was wrapped up on Wednesday. The crew broke this news on social media by sharing photos of them cutting cake on the last day of the shoot. The film which went on floors in February this year, has debutant Natasha Singh playing the female lead. 

Gypsy, helmed by Raju Murugan, the director of Cuckoo and Joker, is produced by Olympia Movies and has music by Santhosh Narayanan. The composer took to Twitter to share that the film is based on the life of a travelling musician.  

The film is scheduled to hit the screens on February 2019. Meanwhile, Jiiva has films like Kee, Gorilla, and Swathanthryam Ardharathriyil's Tamil remake in his kitty.
