Akshay Kumar has signed a three-picture deal with Fox Star Studios that will be produced in association with Cape Of Good Films. The first film in the series, titled Mission Mangal, will go on floors in mid-November, and is being produced in collaboration with R Balki and will be directed by Jagan Shakti.

Akshay Kumar said, “I am delighted to find a new creative partner in Fox Star Studios and am looking forward to creating a collaboration that will deliver a meaningful and entertaining cinematic experience. We are looking forward to an unprecedented collaboration with the National Award-winning actor."
