Actor Lakshmi Manchu’s first look from her upcoming W/O Ram was revealed by the team yesterday. Billed to be a revenge drama with an element of suspense, the film marks the debut of SS Rajamouli’s protege Vijay Yelakanti as the director. Samrat Reddy plays Lakshmi’s husband in the film which is currently in the post-production stage.

“W/O Ram is the story of a woman who cannot come to terms with the death of her husband and is out to track the perpetrators and expose them for their crime. It’s a gripping revenge thriller showing Lakshmi Manchu in a never-seen-before role,” says Vijay Yelakanti, adding, “The shooting has been completed and the first copy will be readied by June. We will finalise the release date soon.”

Produced under Manchu Entertainments and People Media Factory, the film also featuring Adarsh Balakrishna, Priyadarshi in crucial roles, has music by Raghu Dixit.
