The composer is said to have left the project over creative differences with the producer, Dil Raju

Music composer Devi Sri Prasad has walked out of actor Ram-starrer Hello Guru Prema Kosame due to creative differences with producer Dil Raju.

“Devi and Raju were not on the same page and had disagreements over some tunes and other aspects. They couldn’t reconcile and hence the music composer has walked out of the film. However, there is no animosity between them,” says a source.

Impressed with SS Thaman’s present form, we hear, Dil Raju had finalised him as Devi’s replacement. Interestingly, this is the second instance in recent times that Thaman has been brought aboard for Devi after Tholiprema. Directed by Trinadha Rao Nakkina, Hello Guru Prema Kosame, also starring Anupama Parameswaran and Prakash Raj is expected to be released in September.

It is notable that DSP has walked out of several projects in recent times, including Balakrishna-starrer Gautamiputra Satakarni, Varun Tej’s Tholiprema and Niharika Konidela’s upcoming Happy Wedding.
