With Arvind Swami announcing that he is done with his portions for Mani Ratnam's Chekka Chivandha Vaanam, Arun Vijay and Aishwarya Rajesh, too, have followed suit. Arun tweeted, "And, it's a wrap! Aishwarya Rajesh, too, expressed her joy about the experience, tweeting, "It's a wrap for me. #CCV. What an amazing experience working with Mani sir. It is my dream come true. Thank you so much, sir."

Team Chekka Chivantha Vaanam had earlier wrapped its Chennai schedule and is currently shooting in Dubai. Touted to be an action drama, the film is jointly produced by Madras Talkies and Lyca Productions, with music by A R Rahman and cinematography by Santosh Sivan. The film, which will be released as Nawab in Telugu, also boasts of Jyothika, Simbu, Vijay Sethupathi, Aditi Rao Hydari, Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Mansoor Ali Khan, and Thiagarajan as part of its star cast. We hear that the shooting will be completed by the end of June.
