Actor Raj Tarun’s comic caper Raju Gadu which was supposed to hit the screens on May 11 has been delayed by a week, say reports. It is learnt that the film which marks the debut of Sanjana Reddy as the director is slated for release on May 18.

“The first copy will be readied by this weekend and the makers have to apply for censor slot too. So, it will take at least 10 days to complete these formalities and hence, the team has decided to schedule the release for May 18,” says a source.

The film’s first song released recently has garnered an amazing response from movie buffs and the team is confident of scoring a hit with this film. Produced by Ramabrahmam Sunkara, Raju Gadu, which has music by Gopi Sundar, features Amyra Dastur as the female lead.
