It's a wrap for Dhanush's Maari 2

The last schedule consisted of a fight sequence. The makers say that only one song is left to be shot, which will also be completed soon.

The shooting of Dhanush's Maari 2, sequel to the 2015 gangster comedy, was wrapped up yesterday. Krishna, who is also a part of the film directed by Balaji Mohan, took to his Twitter profile and said, "I absolutely enjoyed working with Dhanush. Learnt a lot; especially how to treat co-actors as equals. Director Balaji is cool, composed and an awesome director."

The last schedule consisted of a fight sequence. The makers say that only one song is left to be shot, which will also be completed soon.

The cast also includes Sai Pallavi, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Tovino Thomas, Vidya Pradeep, and comedians Robo Shankar and Kalloori Vinoth, who were a part of the first film as well. Produced by Dhanush's Wunderbar Films, Maari 2 has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
