We know that the long-awaited Vishwaroopam 2 will hit the screens on August 10. The latest update is that the first single from the film, composed by Mohamaad Ghibran, will be launched during the weekend episode of Bigg Boss 2. Kamal Haasan broke the news on Sunday's episode of the show.

The actor's production house, Raaj Kamal Films International, reconfirmed the news yesterday and released a promotional poster for the single's launch, which mentions June 29 as the launch date. 

It may be noted that the first instalment of the franchise, released in 2013, had music by Shankar-Ehaaan-Loy. The film went on to become a hit and the announcement of the second part was made at the end of that film. 

The same set of actors who starred in the first part, including Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah, Rahul Bose and Shekar Kapur, will be reprising their roles in the sequel.
