Ghibran has started composing songs for his next, starring Vikram and directed by Rajesh M Selva of Thoongavanam fame. The composer confirmed the news on Twitter. "Once again working with my favourite crew. Excited," he said.

Touted to be an intense emotional thriller, this untitled film is produced by Raaj Kamal Films and Trident Arts. Kamal Haasan’s younger daughter Akshara also plays an important role in the film.

According to sources, major portions of the film will be shot in Malaysia. "As of now, Vikram is occupied with the final schedules of Dhruva Natchathiram and Saamy Square. Once he completes these, he'll join the sets of this one," says a source.

Apparently, Selva had initially asked Kamal to star in the film. However, due to the latter's political commitments, the film has gone to Vikram.
