Almost a decade after the horror comedy, Bhoothnath, Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan are coming together for Sujoy Ghosh's Badla. But this time, Shah Rukh will be producing the film through his banner Red Chillies Entertainment, as a co-producer along with Sunil Kheterpal and Akshai Puri, while Amitabh stars in the lead.

Also featuring Taapsee Pannu in the lead, the film is the Hindi remake of the 2016 Spanish film Contratiempo, also known as The Invisible Guest. The actor had revealed earlier that she'll be playing the role of an entrepreneur in the film and it will be very different from her previous roles. The film went on floors last week in Glasgow, Scotland.

The announcement of Red Chillies co-producing the film has increased the hype surrounding Badla. Aside from producing this film, Shah Rukh also has a couple of acting projects -- Aanand L Rai's Zero and a biopic of astronaut Rakesh Sharma, tentatively titled Salute
