Prabhudheva's upcoming cop film, directed by Kanden-fame AC Mugil, went on floors on June 11.  Within a week of its launch, the team of the yet-to-be-titled film has wrapped up the first schedule in Chennai.

The next schedule is expected to commence soon and the film's heroine, Nievtha Pethuraj will be joining the crew for the shoot. The film is bankrolled by the production company, Nemichand Jhabak, which also produced Jayam Ravi's Tik Tik Tik. The action thriller, which marks Prabhudheva's first cop role, also features director J Mahendran and Suresh Chandra Menon (who was last seen in Suriya's Thaanaa Serndha Koottam) as part of its cast. Mahendran is expected to play the main antagonist. 

Apart from this AC Mugil-directorial, Prabhudheva also has Yung Mung Sung, Lakshmi, Charlie Chaplin 2, and the Hindi film, Khamoshi, in different stages of production. He will also be directing Salman Khan's Dabangg 3, which is currently in the pre-production stage.
