Taapsee starts shooting for Badla 

The film marks the second association of Taapsee and Amitabh Bachchan after 2016's courtroom drama, Pink

Last seen in the romantic comedy Dil Juunglee, Taapsee Pannu has begun shooting for her upcoming Sujoy Gosh-directorial, Badla, in Scotland. Touted to be a thriller, the film marks the second association of Taapsee and Amitabh Bachchan after 2016's courtroom drama, Pink

Taapsee had revealed earlier that she is playing a business woman in the film and that it would be a glamorous, yet powerful role. According to sources, the actor is excited to play a role out of her comfort zone and is looking forward to exploring a new side of herself through the character. 

The Naam Shabana actor is currently awaiting the release of her sports drama Soorma, based on the life of hockey player, Sandeep Singh, as well as Mulq alongside Rishi Kapoor, and Anurag Kashyap's Manmarziyaan.
