Famous small screen actor Mouni Roy, who rose to fame through the TV series Naagin, is said to be playing the female lead in the upcoming John Abraham-starrer Romeo Akbar Walter also known as RAW. Sources state that the production house is in talks with the actor and she is expected to sign the dotted line soon. 

John Abraham, who recently finished shooting for Satyamev Jayate, will be donning multiple getups in the Robbie Grewal-directorial, ranging from a twenty-year-old youngster to a man in his late eighties. The action thriller, which also features Jackie Shroff and Sikander Kher in important roles, is expected to go on floors in the last week of June.

Apart from RAW, Mouni Roy will be seen in the period sports drama, Gold, alongside Akshay Kumar, and the mega-budget fantasy film, Brahmastra, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor.
