Samuel Abiola Robinson's next titled Purple

Sudani from Nigeria fame Samuel Abiola Robinson has signed his next Malayalam film. The actor has confirmed the news on Twitter. As per reports, the film, titled Purple, will have Robinson playing a negative role for the first time.

Robinson wrote: "This is to confirm that I will be returning to India this June to join the shoot of my next Malayalam movie titled Purple. The movie will be directed by Dr V A Bijin and produced by Mr Rathish Nair Sir. I am super excited and looking forward to filming again in Kerala."

The actor, who hails from Nigeria, won raves for his performance alongside Soubin Shahir in Sudani from Nigeria. Directed by debutant Zakariya, the film is still running to packed houses.
