If reports are to be believed, Mammootty's Oru Kuttanadan Blog will release on August 24. The final shooting schedule is about to begin soon. The film is apparently about a blogger, played by Mammootty, who decides to return to his hometown after a long stay abroad.

Raai Laxmi, Anu Sithara and Shamna Kasim play the three leading ladies. Shamna Kasim plays a cop. Filming took place mostly around locations in Ernakulam and Alappuzha. Vineeth Sreenivasan will be seen in a cameo in the film.

The film is the directorial debut of Sethu, who was one of the Sachi-Sethu duo. He wrote the scripts for Mallu Singh, Cousins and Achayans.
