Famous television host and actor,  Samir Kochhar, who rose to fame by presenting the pre-match shows of the Indian Premier League, will be making his Kollywood debut through Amala Paul's Adho Andha Paravai Pola, directed by newcomer KR Vinoth. 

Samir, who has been a part of several Hindi films, including Jannat and Housefull 3, recently shared screen space with Saif Ali Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the Netflix series, Sacred Games. He also has Hume Tumse Pyaar Kitna, directed by Lalit Mohan, in the pipeline. 

Produced by Century International Films, Adho Andha Paravai Pola's first look was launched by Kajal Aggarwal during the first week of May. The film is touted to be an action-adventure thriller set in a jungle.

Meanwhile, Amala Paul will also be seen in Blessy's Aadujeevitham featuring Prithviraj, Raatchasan, co-starring Vishnu Vishal, and her Bollywood debut film alongside Arjun Rampal.
