Last seen in Richie, Shraddha Srinath has now been roped in to star alongside Arulnithi in SP Cinema's second production, directed by Barath Neelakandan. Speaking about the film, Shraddha says, "It's a psychological drama and the story is about the happenings of a night. It's a tight gripping story with a non-linear screenplay. I started shooting for the film in Chennai on Thursday."

The shooting of this film is planned to be wrapped up by the end of the year. The untitled project will have music by Darbuka Siva and cinematography by Aravinnd Singh, who made his debut with Arulnithi's Demonte Colony

Meanwhile, Shraddha is also joining hands with her Vikram Vedha co-star Madhavan for Maara, directed by Dhilip Kumar. "The first schedule in Pondicherry lasted 10 days. We're now on a break, but we've got two more schedules to go," she says.
