We had earlier reported that Isha Koppikar, who was part of many popular Tamil films in the 90s, will be making a come back to Tamil cinema through director R Ravikumar's ambitious, yet-to-be-titled sci-fi-project, starring Sivakarthikeyan. Now, it is learnt that the actor has recently joined the film's sets, two weeks after the shoot began.

Isha took to Twitter to confirm the news, saying, "Happy and excited to be a part of 24AM studios' production, SK14."

The Tamil-Telugu bilingual, which also stars Rakul Preet, Bhanupriya, and Karunakaran, is touted to be a science-fiction fantasy involving aliens. Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman is also part of this mega-budget venture.

Isha Kopipikar has earlier appeared in films in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Marathi, apart from Tamil. She shot to fame in Tamil through the 1999 film, En Swasa Kaatre, in which she co-starred with Arvind Swami.
