The Akshay Kumar-Riteish Deshmukh-starrer Housefull is one of the most successful franchises in Hindi cinema. With three films already out, the makers announced a few months back that a fourth one is on the cards and that it will be the 'biggest one of the series'. It was reported that Sanjay Dutt would play an important role in the film. 

Now, the producer Sajid Nadiadwala has revealed that the actor was never approached for the role. He confirmed that Nana Patekar is a part of the project and will be seen playing a never-seen-before lovable character. He also rubbished rumours that stated Sajany was removed from Housefull 4 due to high salary demands. 

While the makers are yet to officially confirm the main cast of the film, Housefull 4 is expected to be released in three formats — 2D, 3D and IMAX 3D. The shooting of the film is likely to commence soon in London.
