It was announced in May that Aruvi-director Arun Prabhu Purushothaman will be joining hands with 24AM studios for his next. The filmmaker has started working on the film's album, along with singer-turned-composer Pradeep Kumar, in Cincinnati. 

The director shared the update via his official Twitter handle along with photographes of himself and Pradeep with the foreign musicians. Though it has been disclosed that this yet-to-be-titled project will be a mixed genre film like the director's previous venture, Aruvi, the makers are yet to announce details of the cast and crew. 

The film marks Pradeep Kumar's second outing as a composer. The singer, known for his songs like Aasai Oru Pulveli, Aagayam Theepicha and Maya Nadhi, has already composed two songs in 2017's Meyaadha Maan.
