American singer records song for Malayalam film

Grady Long, the American singer who became popular after his rendition of the hit song Aayiram Kannumaayi went viral, has landed his first Malayalam film deal. The singer announced via his social media handles that he has recorded a song in Malayalam for director Rejishh Midhila's Vaarikuzhiyile Kolapaathakam.
 
The film, which is a comedy thriller, stars Dileesh Pothan, Amith Chakalakkal, and Lena in important roles. Midhila has also confirmed the news on his social media page.

Grady has said in an interview that he was introduced to Malayalam films by his wife Suja. He is also familiar with Hindi and Tamil songs.
