We had previously reported that Nayanthara will be collaborating with short film Laksmi-fame Sarjun for an emotional horror film. Apart from Nayanthara, the film, Produced by KJR Studios, will also have Yogi Babu and Kalaiyarasan as well as Jayaprakash and Malayalam actor Kulappulli Leela. A source close to the film adds that Kalaiyarasan will not be playing Nayanthara's pair and in fact, there will be no romantic interest for her in the film. 

Recently, the first schedule was completed in Chennai in which Kalaiyarasan's portions with Nayanthara were shot. The second and final schedule of the film is scheduled for August end as Nayanthara is currently busy filming Ajith's Viswasam and the bilingual period film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. The actor is awaiting the release of Imaikka Nodigal and Kolamavu Kokila, while Sarjun's directorial debut Echarikkai Idhu Manithargal Nadamadum Idam is also gearing up for official release.
