Varalaxmi to play a visually challenged girl in her next

The actor shared photographs from the film's launch via her Twitter handle

With her latest film Mr Chandramouli releasing today, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar has begun shooting for her next. The yet-to-be-titled film, directed by JK and bankrolled by Sai Samarath Movies, will feature the actor playing the role of a visually challenged girl for the first time. 

Varalaxmi shared the photographs from the film's launch via her Twitter handle with the caption, "Need all your blessings and prayers. Started my new project. Playing a blind girl for the first time... It's going to be a huge challenge, but I'm super excited. Let the journey begin!"

The film also marks the third association of composer Sam CS with the actor, after Vikram Vedha and Mr Chandramouli. 

Apart from this film, the Poda Podi actor has Vishal's Sandakozhi 2, Kanni Raasi with Vemal, Velvet Nagaram, Neeya 2 with Jai, and Vijay's Sarkar in her kitty.
